Suspect In Attempted Armed Robbery Ordered Held Without Bond

He was in court Thursday  for a bond hearing.

 

 

Frederick, Md (KM) A bond hearing was held on Thursday afternoon for a suspect charged in the attempted armed robbery of a bank in Urbana on Tuesday. The State’s Attorney’s Office says Jerry Lee Tolbert, 54, of Poolesville, was ordered held without bond at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.

Tolbert is charged with one count each of armed robbery, 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault, reckless endangerment and the use of a firearm in a felony crime of violence. He was arrested a short time after the attempted robbery of the Bank of America on Worthington Boulevard.
