The Frederick County Humane Society is offering the following activities:

v     Right now their emergency pet food bank is extremely low on supplies.  For the next two months you may drop off pet food and supplies at Copy Doc Business Solutions.  They are located at 436 West Patrick Street and their business hours are Monday thru Friday from 7am till 6pm.

The Frederick County Humane Society is the county’s oldest non-profit organization dedicated to helping pets and their families.  They are located at 217 West Patrick Street in downtown Frederick.

The Frederick County Health Department will hold it’s 2012 Rabies Vaccination Clinics at the following locations:

v     June 14th and September 11th at Thurmont Community Park

All clinics will be held, rain or shine, on a walk-in basis from 5pm till 8pm.  Each vaccination is $8 payable by cash or check ONLY.  All dogs, cats, and ferrets are welcome but, for the safety and comfort of all, need to contained, leashed, or in a carrier.
