Team Leader

The Team Leader will deliver outstanding customer service, setting the example for other Team Members; promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers; assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to insure 100% compliance to all operational issues as outlined in the procedural audit, shortage audit, and all store assessment reports; and accept the responsibility of being placed on the alarm call list and responding to any alarm calls

Receiver

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for developing an environment that will maintain inventory accuracy to help keep inventory shortages at or below store goals and maximize stores sales by receiving and shipping freight within a timely manner and following company guidelines and procedures.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager achieves proficiency in all areas of retail operation during training period. Progressively assumes growing responsibility to serve as second in charge of operation to the Store Manager; assumes responsibility for specific functions (cashiering, sales, receiving, administration processes); and provides leadership and direction to the store team, ensures the positive customer shopping experience, and performs operational activities throughout the store or gives appropriate direction to others to do so.

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints. Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail, etc.

Production Operator

Provide semi-skilled/skilled labor in all departments in the bakery as necessary (bake, wrap, shipping, sanitation). 1 year manufacturing/processing experience preferred. Candidate must be available to work all shifts/nights/weekends/holidays with split days off. Ability to stand prolonged periods, repetitively stoop, squat, bend and reach overhead while turning. Good communication skills required. Must be able to read and write. Basic math skills required. Must be able to work in non-air conditioned environment.

Diagnosis equipment, order and install proper parts. Must have CFC Certification, valid driver’s license with good driving record. Must be self directed and able to work well without supervision.
