So many of you know that I stuck my big foot in my even larger mouth and said I would run in the Frederick Running Festival's Relay race in May. My leg is 5 miles. Did I say that I don't like to run.

I posted on Facebook that I was going to run in the race and Kip Jawish from In-Fit Studio's said he would help me get started in my quest.

He started to tell about a new way to eat. and gave me a 30 day challange, which included no products with sugar in them. OUCH! Do you know that almost everything has sugar in them?

Well I should have started next week. Our sister station is doing their annual St. Jude Children's Hospital Radiothon. Do you know what when they do this? Food and lots of it. Chik-fil-let Firehouse Subs, Doughnuts, and bite sized Twix bars.....OMG the temptation. If I can get through this It will be a miracle. So far so good.
