Hello, I hope you are well and enjoying this beautiful day!

Just a quick reminder we will meet at Calvary Assembly Church on Tuesday, January 15^th beginning at 7:00pm. 

In addition, I did want to take a minute to share with you now several serving opportunities within the team for this year’s Frederick County Convoy of Hope.  Please share these needs among your church leaders and encourage their participation with us this year! 

The following areas are looking for Team Leaders:

• Site Entertainment
• Haircutting Tent
• Guest Services and Promotion
• Fundraising
• Jobs Fair Tent

Additionally, there are opportunities on all teams, to come along existing teams members and help expand the vision in areas such as:

• Groceries
• Advertising by helping to distribute “Save the Date Cards” to local churches, organizations and business in the community.
• Health Service
• Church Relations
• Prayer and Connections
• Photography
• Children’s
• Fundraising by helping to secure day of event donations (ie: gift cards, prizes and giveaways, including hopefully this year an inclusive vacation to Disney World for one of our attending families.) or monetary donations from local businesses and individuals.

Our meetings take place the 3^rd Tuesday of each month at Calvary Assembly in Walkersville, MD from 7-8:30pm.  As we get closer to outreach day, our meetings increase to bi-weekly, then weekly.

The requisite for filling any of the above, is a heart for God and want to serve the poor and struggling in our community through the efforts of the Frederick County Convoy of Hope.

Hello!  I hope you are doing well this evening and have enjoyed a beautiful time of fellowship and community today!  

We will have our first Frederick County Convoy of Hope 2013 meeting, Tuesday, January 15^th beginning at 7:00pm at Calvary Assembly Church in Walkersville.  Thank you Pastor John for allowing us space to meet again this year!

During our time on the 15^th, I would like to begin talks with you on the getting the word out to our partners and churches, marketing and fund raising ideas and team needs.  Budgets are due February 1^st and actuals from 2012 will be available on the 15^th.     

Below I have included meeting dates for the balance of the year.  Please add these to your calendars.  All meetings will be at held at Calvary Assembly as it is the most central for the team.  If you are unable to join us for any meeting, please send your “second” to provide an update and share your team’s needs.  I am so happy to say Anita Clark has agreed to be my “second” and will co-coordinate with me this year!  Thank you Anita!
