Man Arrested For Prescription Drugs In Frederick

The Troopers noticed a pill bottle inside the car that wasn't prescribed to the man.

Around 1 a.m., Maryland State Police received a call about a man slumped over the steering wheel at the Wa Wa Convenience Store on Ballenger Creek Pike in Frederick.

Police found the man conscious and on his cell phone. When talking to the suspect, the Troopers noticed a pill bottle inside the car that wasn't prescribed to the man. He was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, which was later identified as 15 capsules of methadone and 8 tablets of Oxycodone.
