They were picked up by police following a chase.
Three people were arrested following a robbery in Hagerstown late Monday night which ended with a vehicle chase. Dana Lee Andrews, 36, is charged with robbery and theft, and several motor vehicle violations. His alleged accomplices Nicole Sullivan,23, and Darlene Sullivan, 46, are each charged with robbery and theft of a motor vehicle. All three are Hagerstown residents.
Police say a man contacted the department late Monday night, and said he offered a ride to all three in the 100 block of Burhans Boulevard. Once in the car, the three assaulted the victim, and took his wallet, cell phone and cash. They pushed him out of the vehicle and drove off.
A lookout was broadcast by Hagerstown Police.
The suspect vehicle was spotted in the 600 block of North Washington Street, and a chase began. An officer tried to stop the car, but it sped away. The pursuit ended when the driver got out of the car at North Franklin Street, and tried to flee on foot. Andrews was apprehended by officers, along with Nicole Sullivan.
With assistance from the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Darlene Sullivan was apprehended at a room at the Motel Six near the Valley Mall.
