Two men were arrested Friday for 4th-degree burglary and trespassing. Frederick Police say Troyvonte Lamaar Burns, 20, and Alexander Ray Wedge, 18, were taken into custody at the scene.

Officers responded to the 300 block of West Thornhill Place, where two individuals were trying to enter the home and the homeowner was hiding in the basement.  When police announced their presence, the two men broke into the rear of the house. Burns ran through the home from the rear to the front and was arrested by officers who were waiting in front of the residence. Wedge was found hiding in a closet.

A female juvenile was also charged with interfering with the arrests of Burns and Wedge.
