An employee was tied up with nylon rope.

A suspect is being sought in the robbery of the Tekflash store on East Franklin Street in Hagerstown Thursday morning.

Police say an employee confronted an individual who walked into the store, and said he had a weapon.   He tied the employee's hands behind his back with a nylon rope, and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

The employee was able to untie himself and call police. The clerk didn't need emergency medical services and no one else was in the store at the time.

The victim says the suspect was a black male, but no further description is available.

Tekflash is a computer repair business.
