Brunswick, Urbana, and Middletown survive to play another week.

Three county high schools have extended their football seasons by one more week. In Friday night action Brunswick defeated Fort Hill of Cumberland 46-42. The Urbana Hawks defeated Montgomery County powerhouse Seneca Valley 26-17. Finally the  Middletown Knights defeated their croscouty rivals, Walkersville by a score of 41-8. The Middletown - Walkersville game was the featured game of the week on WFMD. A replay of the game can be found in the WFMD Audio Vault.
