A 21 year old Thurmont man died Friday after being involved in a two vehicle crash in Washington County.

State Police in Hagerstown said a GMS Sierra pick up truck, driven by Paul Wade of Cascade, Maryland, was traveling east on Foxville Road, when it made a left hand turn to Pleasant Valley Road. Authorities said the truck turned in the path of a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle being driven by Vincent Healy, Junior, of Thurmont. Investigators said the motorycle was unable to avoid the truck and struck it in the passenger's side. Healy was transported to Meritus Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Wade refused treatment at the scene.

Police say charges are pending.
