It was a busy day for a Frederick County grand jury Friday.  States Attorney Charlie Smith said a number of people were indicted.

"The first 2 were David Maxwell and Jayquan Bowie. They were indicted for Armed Robbery, Robbery, and 1st Degree Assault, for an incident that occurred in November.  They held up the 7-11, on West Patrick Street, at gunpoint.  They fled the scene in a vehicle.  An alert was put out. Sheriff's deputies saw the speeding vehicle and pulled it over.  They got out and both fit the description," said Smith.

Also indicted was 37 year old Tyrae Onley, in connection with a shots fired incident, that occurred the first week of November, in the Lucas Village Apartments complex.  Brian Sadler, from Ijamsville, was indicted for kicking in his ex's front door and assaulting an individual that was inside of the residence.  "There were a few other people indicted on drug offenses," continued Smith.
