The suspects hit the victim in the head with a bottle then got away with his cell phone and $100 in cash.

Hagerstown Police arrested two suspects Monday night after they assaulted and robbed a victim in the parking lot of Market Lot Liquors.

Around 8:15 p.m., Omar Rojas and Daymein Brown hit the victim in the head with a bottle then stole his cell phone and $100 in cash. Officers found them at 42 East Avenue where they were handcuffed and charged.
