Authorites say she threatened to burn down a house.

A Hagerstown woman has been charged with making an arson threat. Shannon Domer, 31, was apprehended during the overnight hours of December 10th and 11th. She is charged with arson threat and harassing course of conduct.

The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office says Domer made threats to the victim through Facebook, where she allegedly said she would set fire to the home with the victim's family inside. No actual fire took place.

Investigators say the threats were motivated by a recent argument between the victim and Domer.

She was transported to the Washington County Sheriff's Department Central Booking, where she was released on $1,000 bond.

The house the victims live in is located in Clear Spring.
