A fire that happened on New Years Eve in Key Mar is under investigation. About 100 firefighters spent two hours putting out flames to the commercial building in the 1000 block of Francis Scott Key Highway.

The blazing building occupied by Key Mar Tire Outlet and J.P. Donmoyer Trucking Company was discovered by a passerby around 6PM.

Officials say there were no injuries and damages to the large building are around $500,000. How and where the fire started is also still under investigation.
