Officers were surveilling the Madiosn Street area.

A traffic stop lead to several arrests Friday night. Frederick Police said officers with the Drug Enforcement Unit were surveilling the Madison Street area when they saw numerous people getting into several cars and leaving the area all at once. They say one of the vehicles' headlights were not turned on and officers pulled that car over.

Kwanzi Davis, of New Market, was charged with driving while suspended. Gary Lee, Junior, of Frederick, was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
