Frederick Police arrest suspect.

Frederick Police arrested a man Thursday night and charged him with several offenses after they learned that the victim walked into Frederick Memorial Hospital and reported that he had been assaulted. Authorities say Thomas Orr knocked the victim to the ground, punched and kicked him, and then removed the victim's cell phone from his pocket, before walking away and throwing the phone back at him.

Orr is charged with strong arm robbery, theft and second degree assault. The incident happened on North Market Street.
