They were handcuffed after police investigated a suspicious looking car Tuesday night.
Frederick police arrested two Frederick County residents Tuesday night after investigating a suspicious looking car in the 400 block of West South Street.
Around 7:30 p.m., an officer stopped to talk to Marcus Roynell after he got out of the car and it was discovered that he had a warrant out of his arrest.
When talking to Roynell, the officer saw Jennifer Henderson slide over into the passenger seat from the driver's seat and open the car door where police saw a CDS smoking device in the center console.
Henderson was placed under arrest and searched where needles and heroin were found in her purse.
