Snow Emergency Plan In Effect

For Washington and Frederick Counties.

The Snow Emergency Plan will go into effect for Frederick County at 3:00 p.m. this afternoon.  All motorists are urged to use caution on the roadways and advised to monitor proper following distances from the vehicles in front of you. 

The Snow Emergency Plan is also in effect in Washington County.
