NWS says the forecast calls for snow, sleet & freezing rain.

The National Weather Service says a Winter Weather Advisory will go into affect at 4:00 AM Friday, and continue until 10:00 AM.

The agency is calling for snow,  sleet and freezing rain, and temperatures in the low 30's.  Snow and sleet accumulations could reach up to one-inch, with a few hundredths of an inch for for freezing rain.  The precipitation is expected to chage over to rain by mid-morning, according to the Weather Service.

The agency says the sleet could cause roads to ice up during the morning commute, especially on ramps and bridges, and that could mean slippery conditions.  Motorists are urged to use caution.
