A search and seizure warrant was served on Thursday afternoon at 135 West All Saints Street, Apartment A, in Frederick, and a suspect was arrested. Douglas Ford Bey, 29, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana and posession of drug paraphernalia.

Frederick Police Drug Enforcement Unit and Directed Patrol Unit officers say they recovered an amount of pre-packaged marijuana, enough to indicate an intent to sell.

Bey was taken to the Adult Detention Center.
