Frederick Woman Arrested After Refusing To Leave Business

The suspect continued to argue with an employee after a police officer asked her to leave the store.

A Frederick woman was arrested Monday for refusing to leave a local business.

Around 8 p.m. Davita Fleming was disputing with an employee over an item at the Goodwill on Willowdale Drive and was asked to leave the store but continued to argue with the employee. Fleming still refused to leave after a Frederick police officer asked her so she was handcuffed and charged with trespassing.
