The incident occurred at a photo shoot.
A Frederick man is charged with 2nd-degree assault, false imprisonment, 4th-degree sex offense and indecent exposure. Eric Thomas Myers, 56, was served with the warrant on Friday.
Police say Myers exchanged Facebook messages with a woman in January, 2013. She agreed to do a photo shoot, and was told she would be fully clothed.
She showed up at Myers' home on Cherokee Trail on January 21st. During the photo shoot, she was asked to take off her clothes. She refused. Authorities say Myers inappropriately touched her, and pulled his pants down, exposing himself. He blocked the door, and would not let her leave.
She managed to get away and call police. The victim was not seriously hurt.
Detectives were able to identify Myers as the suspect, and he was taken into custody without incident.
Police are reminding citizens to be careful when using social media, and do research into whether photo shoots or other similar activiites are legitimate.
Anyone who has additional information on this case is asked to call Detective J. Holler at 301-600-6388.
