Snow Emergency Plan For Frederick County Lifted

As of 12:15 PM, the Maryland State Police have lifted the snow emergency plan for Frederick County.  It was put into affect at 10:30 AM due to snow and ice-covered roads.  Troopers say conditions have improved since then, but motorists are still urged to be cautious when driving.
