A traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of West 14th Street Friday night led to a drug arrest. Frederick police say Jamie Demeza, of Hidden Waters Lane, was charged with posession of PCP.
Meanwhile, officers on routine patrol in the area of Maryland and Virginia Avenues observed a driver of a vehicle who they already knew had a suspended license. A traffic stop was initiated and Frederick Witherspoon was arrested. After a search was conducted a bag containing several individually wrapped crushed Percocet and syringes were found in Mr. Witherspoon's pants' pocket.
