Frederick Police arrested five individuals late Friday night after they were caught smoking synthetic marijuana. Four were under age and charged through the Department of Juvenile Services. The adult, who lives on New Haven Court, in Frederick, is David Christopher Harmon.

They were arrested in the area of West Patrick Street and McCain Drive near a local business.
