Snow Emergency Plan Lifted In Frederick As Of 4PM

But citizens can still park for free in the parking decks until 7AM Thursday.

Frederick Mayor Randy McClement has lifted  the Snow Emergency Plan for the city as of 4:00 PM.  It went into affect at 12-midnight on Tuesday. 

City officials say citizens can still park their vehicles for free in the city's parking decks until 7:00 AM on Thursday.  That's when normal parking rates go back into effect.
