He was released to his parents.

A juvenile was arrested early Friday morning after Frederick Police stopped a vehicle for speeding in the area of Himes Avenue. Authorities said the officer could smell the odor of burnt marijuana in the vehicle.

The young male was taken into custody, charged with possession of marijuana, and later released to his parents.
