A Frederick man was arrested and charged with drug offenses early Friday morning after police served a search warrant at his Carrollton Drive address.

Taken into custody, without incident, was Charles Leroy Dorsey, Junior, after officers located quantities of marijuana and crack cocaine found pre-packaged for distribution inside of the residence.
