Attorney says family members are shocked by grand jury's decision.

The Saylor family attorney, Sharon Krevor-Weisbaum, says today's announcement that no charges will be brought against the deputies involved in the in-custody death of Robert Ethan Saylor, is not sitting well with the family.  "The family is extremely disappointed and saddened, and shocked of the grand jury's decision," said Krevor-Weisbaum.  "They very still troubled that the investigation was conducted by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office, whose officers were the target of the investigation," continued Krevor-Weisbaum.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, in Baltimore, ruled in February that Saylor died of asphyxia and that his death was a homicide.  "The inquiry of what took place that night, when Mr.. Saylor died, will not stop here," said Krevor-Weisbaum.
