Speaking on The Today Show this weekend, was the Maryland uncle of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects. "I want him alive. He is being used by his older brother. He is a victim of his older brother," said Ruslan Tsarni, who lives in Montgomery Village. "I believe that Dzhokhar did not understand what he was doing," Tsarni continued.
Authorities said 19 year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was captured Friday night in Watertown, Massachusetts, is in serious condition and under armed guard at a Boston area hospital. His brother, 26 year old Tamerlan, was killed this week in a shootout with police.
"My nephews are victims too", Tsarni said.
