A 73-year-old Westminster woman was arrested and charged Tuesday for taking an estimated $3,000 worth of items from the Taneytown home of her deceased boyfriend.
Phyllis Jean Bosley, of the unit block of Ralph Street, is charged with two counts each of first-degree burglary and theft of $1,000 to less than $10,000.
She was released from the Carroll County Detention Center Tuesday on $7,500 bail.
According to the charging documents, the man died in March.
Bosley dated him on and off but they were not married, according to the documents.
Bosley allegedly broke into his home after his death and took several items, including a diamond ring, a watch and most of his furniture, according to the documents.
A court date has not yet been set, according to electronic court files.
