Frederick City Mayor Randy McClement announced Friday the support of several endorsements for his re-election. "I received the endorsement from Senator David Brinkley (R), Delegate Patrick Hogan (R), Delegate Galen Clagett (D), and Delegate Kelly Schulz," said McClement. "I am proud that they felt confidence in me as Frederick City Mayor, and they were willing to stand up and endorse me. I think that shows that we have had great collaboration over the last four years," continued McClement. "Each was a key player in our work on such important matters, like the implementation of Spice Laws, The Carroll Creek Linear project funding, the Downtown Hotel and Conference Center and Monocacy Boulevard and the Route 15 intersection."
The General Election is Tuesday, November 5, 2013. "I just hope people come out and vote. I was very disappointed in the turnout for the Primary Election," McClement said.
