Bueau Of Investigation Looking For Theft Suspects

They're suspected of stealing items from motor vehicles.

Several thefts from vehicles were reported in an area between Urbana and Mount Airy during March and April.

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office says numerous items such as credit cards, purses, wallets and small electronics were removed from vehicles parked near residences in Urbana Highlands, Fairways at Holly Hills, The Greens, Hunting Hills, Woodspring, Rosswood Estates, Samhill Estates, Manorwood and Loch Raven. In most cases, through forced entry, authorities say.

The thefts occurred between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am.

Detectives with the Bureau of Investigation say they have obtained surveillance photos of three possible suspects who were using the credit cards of some of their victims.

One of them is a white male, adult, 25 to 45 years of age, short dark hair, mustache and sunglasses.

The second one is a white female, adult, 25 to 35 years of age, heavy build, brown hair in a ponytail or bun.

The third one is a white male, adult, 25 to 35 years.
