Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Charges For Pa. Man

Frederick Police arrested a Greencastle,  Pennsylvania man Friday and charged him with drug offenses.

The Drug Enforcement Unit was conducting surveillance in the 1000 block of West Patrick Street when they say Travis Phillips' vehicle commit a traffic offense. When they pulled it over, a K9 responded and alerted to the presence of narcotics. After a search was done, officers located three bags of suspected heroin and paraphernalia.
