Software QA Specialist
The Software QA Specialist will provide SQA support for NwHIN with the goal of testing and validating modules and to support VA’s interfacing with external NwHIN partners.
The Software QA Specialist will comply with all ProPath requirements for documentation and testing, and shall provide a completed release package to VA Project Manager for review and processing. In accordance with the VA Test Process Workgroup (TPWG) testing requirements, the Software QA Specialist has the lead role and is accountable for SQA activities such as test planning, test documentation, reviews, tracking and reporting on testing results.

Customer Retention Representative
This individual will assist in resolving and following up on any circulation issues that may arise. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: contacting existing customers during renewal process, contacting new customers to collect payment, focusing on converting customers to EZ Pay program or long-term subscribers and following up on known service issues to make sure they are resolved in a timely manner.
