Suspect got away with cash.
The investigation continues into an armed robbery Sunday night at the Dollar General on Conocheague Street in Williamsport.
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, a man entered the store shortly after 9:00 PM, and held an employee at gunpoint while the register was emptied. He got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as an African-American male, medium height with a thin build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a black ski mask. A witness describes the suspect's vehicle as silver colored, with four-doors with damage to the front driver's side quarter panel, and a spare tire on the front driver's side.
