The Frederick County Bureau of Investigation has identified the victim who was found early this morning at the edge of a wooded area on Westview Drive in Federick as 31 year old Felix Ofarl Hopkins, Jr., with no permanent address.

In a press release, Cpl. Jennifer Bailey stated that Hopkins was identified by his Maryland identification card, which was found in his possession.  Family notifications have been completed.

FCBI investigators found no evidence at the scene to indicate foul play, Cpl. Bailey said. 

As the investigation continues, the victim's body has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore where an autopsy will be completed.
