He was arrested for breaking into Classic Cigars & British Goodies.

A Frederick man has been arrested in connection with a burglary on Tuesday at the Classic Cigars and British Goodies store at 14 North Market Street in the downtown. Paul Theodore Dorsey, 32, was apprehended on Thursday at the K Mart on Route 40. He's charged with one count each of second-degree burglary, theft between $10,000 and $100,000 and malicious destruction of property less than $500.

Officers responding to the scene on Tuesday noticed the glass near the front entrance had been smashed, and a brick was recovered from the inside. The store was in disarray, with a number of items stolen, including cash.

Detectives say they were able to review a videotape from the business, and that's how they identified Dorsey as the suspect.
