A wanted person has been apprehended.
The Frederick County Fire Investigation Task Force found 47 year old Patricia Cullop, Tuesday, at a private residence in Mt. Airy.
Cullop was wanted in connection to a residential fire that occurred last month, at her home, on Old Bartholows Road. Investigators said Cullop actually set the fire herself, in the kitchen area of the home, and then barricaded herself in the attic. They say she then called 9-1-1 to report the fire. Emergency personnel located Cullop inside the burning home. She was flown to Shock Trauma, in Baltimore, and treated for smoke inhalation.
She's now at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center, where she was charged with one count of first degree arson and one count of 1st degree malicious burning.
