They will be held at Winchester Hall in the 3rd floor meeting room.
Public meetings on the Frederick County Comprehensive Plan and Zoning review are scheduled to begin this week.
The Commissioners will discuss the Adamstown, Brunswick and Middletown planning regions on Tuesday, February 14th from 8:30 AM until 12-noon. In the afternoon from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM, the Board will talk about the Frederick, Thurmont and Walkersville planning regions.
Discussions on the Town of New Market Draft Plan and the New Market region are expected to take place on Tuesday, February 21st from 9:00 AM until 12-noon. The Commissioners will talk about the Urbana region on Thursday, February 23rd from 1:30 PM until 5:00 PM. Tuesday, February 28th is the day the Commissioners will discuss any carryover items or follow up issues from the previous meetings.

The current Countywide Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map was adopted by the previous Board of County Commissioners in April, 2010. But members of the current board have concerns about the document, especially the number of downzonings.
