Small, local distributer seeks candidate with extensive Access experience including knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications. Working knowledge of networks, PC's, servers, printers, email servers, switches, backup devices, etc. Experience with .xml files, mapping tools, data exchange with Access, UPS and FEDEX delivery systems. Familiarity with UNIX and/or AIX operating systems. Data gathering and manipulation in AIX/Access to create custom reports. Web-store "back end" maintenance.
Pest Control Technician

Help Desk Technician
Provide Teir II help desk support to IT Customer Support Center customers including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to hardware, software, networks, and communication devices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and networks, including hard-wire and wireless networks and communication devices. Knowledge of laptops and desktop hardware, basic printer and network card and diagnostic processes. Experience/knowledge of troubleshooting Windows and Macintosh operating systems and related software including Microsoft Office suite, antivirus software, etc. Experience required, A+ Certification highly preferred.
Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers and vendor partners on behalf of the company, actively prospect new accounts and maximize sales potential with existing customers in assigned territory. Work with Account Manners with the sale of products and services to existing and prospective customers. Drive product marketing via outbound calling and email campaigns. Respond to incoming calls and email requests from customers and suppliers. Meet or exceed sales quotas as set by the company, overcome prospect/customer objections and assist in closing sales.

Seeking experienced outside account manager. This person will need at least 4 years of outside sales experience. A proven successful track record in outside sales is a must. The sales region will be outside of Frederick. Paid 3-month industry training will be provided. There will be compensation during training which will go to commission upon completion of training. Experienced account manager with sales experience can earn $40K - $75 in the first year.
Event Operations Associate
The Event Operations Associate will assist the VP of Operations and Director of Programs with the planning and execution of all events. The Associate will assist in field and event site set-up, equipment management, and event operation support; will assist with communication between the event and event participant regarding payment, scheduling, special assistance and other areas; and also manage the equipment and merchandise warehouse.
