Authorities say he was speeding along Rt. 75.

A Thurmont man has been charged with drug offenses.  Seth Holler, 18, was arrested Monday night following a traffic stop on Route 75.   The Frederick County Sheriff's Office says Holler was speeding and a deputy pulled him over.

The officer smelled marijuana coming from inside Holler's vehicle. A search netted suspected pot and a metal smoking pipe. Holler was charged with possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing.

The contraband was seized as evidence and placed on property with the Sheriff's Office.
