Deadline is March 13th.
If you want to vote in the April 3rd Maryland Primary, you need to be registered by March 13th. That deadline not only applies to first time voters, but also those who want to make changes in their names, addresses or party affliations.
If you want to register, you have to be an American citizen, and be at least 18 years of age on or before the November 6th General Election. Voter registration forms are available at the County Elections Office at Winchester Hall.
Residents can also pick them up at County libraries, the Motor Vehicle Administration, Frederick Community College, the county Court House and U.S. Post Offices.
The County Elections Office will be open from 7:30 am until 9:00 pm on March 13th to process last minute registrations.
