A man who was charged last month with producing methamphetamine at his Clear Spring home was arrested Wednesday in Hancock, the Washington County Narcotics Task Force said.

Bryan Michael Davis, 25, of 39 S. Martin St. in Clear Spring, was arrested by Maryland State Police, according to a Narcotics Task Force news release.

Davis has been charged with possession of methamphetamine; possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia; possession of methamphetamine manufacture material; possession of methamphetamine production equipment; and common nuisance distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

On Feb. 6, officers from the Narcotics Task Force and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration executed a search and seizure warrant at Davis’ home, where they found methamphetamine and "precursor materials" required to produce methamphetamine, The Herald-Mail has reported.

Four other people who lived at the house were not charged.
