Damage is estimated at $133,000 from a house fire on Monday night.
The Frederick County Fire Marshal's Office says the cause of the blaze at 7206 Drought Spring Drive is undetermined due to extensive damage to the two-story , single-family home. But the fire remains under investigation.
40 fire fighters responded to the two-alarm blaze at around 9:30 PM, and noticed fire coming through the roof. They spent one-hour and 15-minutes bringing the flames under control. There were no injuries.
The occupants were not home at the time of the fire.
Investigators say the fire originated in the first-floor ceiling area. They also say floors of the home were unstable, and the County's ATR (Advanced Technical Rescue) Team was dispatched to help stabilized them.
