A former Hagerstown man pleaded guilty Friday to sexually exploiting a minor to produce child pornography.
Roger Repp, III, 45, faces a minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 30 years when he's sentenced on June 28th.
Authorities said Repp produced sexually explicit and lascivious photographs of a teen girl under the age of 16 via a pinhole camera he set up in the girl's bedroom and bathroom, without her knowledge. He then distributed those images to other pedophilias over the internet, in return for other child porn.
