A routine traffic stop leads to other charges for the occupants.

Frederick Police said Kenneth Jenkins, was a passenger in a vehicle, and was acting nervous, so a K9 was brought in to do a drug search. As a result, Jenkins was found to be in possession of marijuana. The driver of the vehicle, Shelia Morales was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Authorities did not say where the traffic stop was conducted.
