The state's Corkage Bill, sponsored by Frederick County Senator Ron Young, passed the House of Delegates with a 134 to 4 vote.

It now heads to the Governor's desk to be signed into law.

It will allow people to bring their own wine to bars and restaurants and have it opened for a fee.

Corkage is already legal in Virginia and in the District of Columbia.
