One person was medivaced to Shock Trauma in Baltimore early Tuesday morning after he was badly beaten during a robbery in Frederick.

Officers responded to the 1300 block of East Street for a home invasion robbery. They found the victim with facial fractures and facial lacerations.

Police say their investigation determined that the victim knew at least one of his assailants.
